Brian Dainis – IT and Development
Brian Dainis was born in Abington, Pennsylvania and although lived in a few various places around the Philadelphia area, he spent most of his childhood in Exton, Pennsylvania. After high school he didn’t waste any time before he made his way to sunny Tampa Bay Florida to start his business career. He dabbled in sales and marketing at first working all over Central Florida, but eventually met up with some likeminded individuals and decided to move to New Port Richey, Florida to start his business.
Brian Dainis has been involved with computers and electronics since an early age. His mother will tell you how he kept bins of electrical components and disassembled appliances in the basement of his childhood townhome. He was fascinated by understanding the way things worked and would stop at nothing to soak in every bit of information he could. Having many childhood mentors to reach out to, he quickly began to gather as much knowledge as he could. After many trials and tribulations, he realized what a wealth of information the internet affords an individual and began to utilize its infinite resources to answer his puzzling questions. It wasn’t long before he started using Google as a “Virtual Classroom” to further his knowledge and expertise in a variety of subjects.
During his teenage years he took a liking to audio engineering, graphic design, computer integration, and sound production. Over time he built his own recording studio and began to study subjects such as audio compression techniques, room ambience as well as digital mixing and mastering techniques. He kept himself busy constantly going from one task to another. Brian’s attention to detail and perfectionist attitude has been one of his greatest attributes. When Brian gets his head wrapped around something he will not quit until it is done. Although most of the time a positive trait, it has been known to get him into trouble from time to time. One thing that always stood out in Brian’s personality is his ability to take the leadership role when needed, but also stand back at times as well. His go getter mentality and logical mind state has also been a very big asset to the Aarson Inc. family.
In late 2008, Brian established the initial foundation of what Aarson Inc. is today. He ran into a few bumps in the road with the economy the way it was at that time in Florida. Brian and Joe Mottola met in mid 2009, ironically they both had their roots in the Philadelphia area and agreed to move the business back to the area they know and love.
Brian Dainis has one agenda on his mind for Aarson Inc. and that is the clients' success. He realizes in order for a company to be successful in the web design and marketing industry, it is essential to adapt to the trends and have a unique way of capturing people’s attention. Brian is constantly researching the in and outs of his industry to learn new ways of serving his clients. Brian’s success with Aarson inc. is because he always delivers on the expectation he sets for his clients up front. He will not engage in a contract until he has tested and proven success with any given approach or technique. He has this mentality in business, as well as his personal life because in Brian’s own words, “you’re only as good as your integrity.”
Brian’s vision for this company is to open offices in multiple locations around the country in large metropolitan areas.
